Importantly, check to see if you have the latest build of Project KickStart 5. The problem you are experiencing may have already been solved. Click Help on the menu bar and then click About Project KickStart to find the Build Date, and compare it to the latest Build Date


If you do not have the latest build of the program, you should uninstall your current version and download and install the latest build:
