In the Tasks step, you can reorganize the tasks in your project so that they better represent the work you and your team plan to do.
In particular, you should review the order of the tasks in each phase and move tasks up and down so that tasks follow in a sequential order. Use the Up and Down Arrow buttons to move the tasks:

To reorder tasks:
To select two or more adjacent tasks, hold down the Shift key and then click the tasks. The tasks you move must be next to each other.
Or
Click the Down Arrow button to move a task down one row.
