Before you print a report, you can change the following page settings:

• Paper size
• Printer
• Orientation (portrait or landscape)
• Margins
• Header text and font
• Footer text and font

To change the page setup:

1. Click the Print Preview button, and then click the Page Setup button.
2. In the Page Setup dialog box, change the page settings.

Tips

• By default, Project KickStart includes the name of the project, such as "Creating a Presentation" in the header. You can change this header by editing the text between angle brackets < >.
• Project KickStart includes the current date on the left and the page number on the right of the footer. You can specify the custom text you want to print in the footer in the center of the page by editing the text between angle brackets < >.
