To print a Gantt chart to an Adobe PDF file, you may have to make some adjustments to your settings.

To preview a Gantt chart:

1. Select Adobe PDF as the name of the printer.
2. Click Properties button.
3. Click the Paper/Quality tab.
4. Click Advanced button.
5. In the Graphic Section, lower the setting on Print Quality
6. Also in the Graphic Section, change the Scaling from 100 to 50.
