You can export tasks, assignments, durations and notes to a Rich Text Format (RTF) for editing in Microsoft Word.
To save a report as an RTF file:
In the Create and Print Task Reports dialog box, select a report and then click the Save As button. The Save Report dialog box opens.
The default location to save Report files is in the My Documents\Project KickStart Projects\Reports folder. Click the Save in list arrow, if you want to change the folder where you will store the RTF file.
In the File name text box, change the name of the file, if necessary.
Click the Save as type list arrow and then click Rich Text Form (*.rtf).
Click the Save button.
Tips
You can open an RTF file in a word processor such as Microsoft Word.
To send an RTF document to each person in your project with the appropriate assignments, select the Individual Assignments report, select one person to receive the report, and then save the report as RTF. Do this for each person in your project.
