Reorder your project tasks.

Outdent and Indent arrows

Demote tasks to subtasks or phases to tasks. Promote subtasks to tasks or tasks to phases.

Add Task
Insert a task above the current row.

Add Subtask
Insert a subtask below the current row.

Delete
Remove a row of data.

Edit Task Information

Open the Task Information dialog box to change general task information, assignments, and notes and attachments. In the Schedule step, you can also change date information, including durations and start and finish dates.

Edit Notes and Attachments
Add or edit a note or attachments.

Color
Change the color of a taskbar.

Change Working Schedule
Specify which days are nonworking days, such as weekends and holidays.

Link Tasks (Pro Users)
Link the selected tasks.

Unlink Tasks (Pro Users)
Unlink the selected tasks.

Change Timescale

Change the timescale to display the Chart view in days, weeks, months, quarters, or years.

Change Project Start
Change the start date for the entire project; this changes dates throughout the schedule.

Project Finish
View the project finish date. (This is calculated by Project KickStart and cannot be edited.)
