Spell check your tasks and notes before you print reports or export to other software.

To check the spelling of tasks and notes:

• Click the Check Spelling button on the Project KickStart toolbar.

Or

• Click Tools on the menu bar, and then click Spelling.

Notes

• Spell checking updates entries on the Task List and the Gantt chart (the Schedule step). It can also check the spelling of intermediate entries, such as goals and tasks to accomplish goals, if you spell check during those steps.
• Spell checking does not check the names of people on the People List or the contents of the People Library.
