You can uninstall Project KickStart 5 through the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Select Project KickStart 5. This starts the InstallShield Maintenance Program. You should then "remove" all of the program files that were installed. It will not erase your Project KickStart *.prx data files.

If that does not work, you can delete the Project KickStart files manually.
