If you have projects that are similar, you can use a past project as a template for a new project. In the Welcome window, select Open a Project. Open that project and Save As under a different name. Now, you can open up the renamed project and modify it for the current project.
You can draw from several projects in the Similar Projects step. First, select projects that are similar and click Next. Then, select tasks from those projects and decide where they would fit into your current project
You can merge a project (*prx) into your current project. Your current project is called the master project and the merged or inserted projects are called subprojects. After you merge a project, the tasks of the subproject will be inserted in the master project.
