Project KickStart imports Outlook contacts (to use as resources) and instantly transfers your plan into Outlook. You'll find your project tasks in the Tasks view of Outlook. Tasks (sorted by Category) shows tasks in each project separately. The project's name is listed as a "category." The tasks, due dates and assignments will be there! Tasks (not sorted by Category) shows tasks from multiple projects, sorted by date.

You can use Outlook to:

• View multi projects during the same time frame
• set reminders for tasks
• view tasks during specified date ranges or by priority
• notify contacts when tasks are due
• bring your project to your Palm Pilot or Pocket PC.

Import Outlook Contacts
